Essential Duties:
- installation of electrical equipment.
- Install conduit, equipment and wiring according to work order specifications.
- Ensure electrical equipment and wiring are installed in compliance with current code requirements.
- Test and repair electrical system using required test equipment as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records for jobs completed.
- Respond to customer inquiries in accordance with company guidelines.
- Follow industry standards regarding safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain and service trucks and maintains vehicles in a clean and orderly manner.
- Maintain tools in a clean and orderly manner.
- Complete service work orders in an efficient, professional manner each day.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 1 Year Minimum of electrical construction experience.
- Experience in residential service construction type of environments is ideal.
- Problem Solving: identifies and resolves problems timely; gathers and analyzes information effectively.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Has integrity, is honest and reliable. Someone we can count to arrive on time and finish their tasks.
- Willing to learn and ask questions. The best employees are constantly looking for new ways to improve themselves and contribute more to the company.
- Can engage with their co-workers and are able to collaborate with their team to achieve goals.

Reducing On Call
I believe when you’re overworked you actually get less done, and the quality of your work suffers. That’s why we’ve reduced our on-call. You WILL need to work some on call, but of course the MONEY TALKS whenever you do.

Education:
